DAVIS — A fourth chairman has been arrested in tie with a Picnic Day quarrel that concerned dual Davis Police officers.
Davis Police contend a officers concerned were taken to a sanatorium after a incident. A few days later, 3 group were arrested. Two of them contend a officers, who were in plain garments and an unmarked vehicle, started a fight.
In a weeks that followed, Davis Police expelled dash-cam video of a pell-mell scene, launched an inner review and asked a open for any some-more video that might exist.
Romeo Lopez, 21, was taken into control Thursday night. He is indicted of attack with a lethal weapon, facing military and perplexing to lift someone from military custody.
Lopez declined to pronounce with FOX40 on camera, though pronounced investigators came to his home around 11 p.m. with guns drawn.
