OCEAN CITY — Offering dishes from a dozen internal chefs, students lifted income for scholarships Thursday, Nov. 20 during a annual Ocean City High School Leadership Club Scholarship Dinner in a high propagandize cafeteria.

The event, this year themed “Picnic in Paradise,” also featured some-more than 45 doorway prizes from internal businesses and live song by a Ocean City High School jazz stone group.

The chefs who donated their time to a grant cooking are Alan Fen of Island Shore in Marmora, Joe Massaglia of Mama Mia’s in Seaville, Stefan Zareba of Blue Dolfin in Marmora, Andrew Yoa of Island Grill, Michael Carmody of OC Surf Café, Bill McGinnity of Cousin’s, David “Reds” Brigdens of Red’s Jersey Mex Café, Paul Stryker of Arlene’s on Asbury, John Szabo of Positively 4th Street Café, Walter Hohman of Ward’s Pastry, Ralph Diclemente of Bennie’s Bread and Alfred Sacco of Sack O’ Subs, all in Ocean City.

The care bar is headed by English clergyman Amy DePasquale. Last year, a cooking lifted $3,500 for scholarships.
