A Prestonpans park will horde a hulk cruise this weekend to applaud a continued growth as a village resource.
The Friends of Cuthill Park are hosting The Big Lunch on Saturday between 11am and 3pm and everybody’s invited.
It will underline normal park games, an aged print exhibition, a library Bookbug event, music, village garden recruiting and information on how to get concerned in a subsequent theatre of development.
Zoe Inglis, who chairs a group, said: “We started off many years ago with a organisation of volunteers and a solitary aim to get Cuthill Park behind as a correct park for all a village to use.
“We have worked with East Lothian Council, groups, charities and a schools to reduce a wall and implement musical railings, new play equipment, a village garden and a telescope and modernise a murals.
“We aim to keep going with many projects and appropriation applications to raise a park for everybody to use and strengthen it as a park for a future, as partial of a Queen’s Jubilee jubilee projects.”
