October 21, 2014 - Picnic Time

Behind those bombed-out windows a tables are set, with Tijuana Picnic scarcely prepared to start service. Word on a travel is that a Mexican/Asian alloy investiture – underneath construction given May 2013 – opens subsequent week.

Neighbors aren’t too happy about a Picnic, though. Specifically with courtesy to a gargantuan empty siren snaking adult a flank. They explain a chain – like something out of Return of a Jedi – is bootleg according to NYC building code. Indeed, this apparatus appears underneath 10 feet from a “building opening.” A censure is now on record with Department of Buildings, antiquated Oct 1, though hasn’t been addressed yet.

Laugh Lounge ceased operations in 2012 after 8 years in existence. Its marquee stays total for a time being.
